About Lee Meadow Farm

A peaceful site tucked into a working farm and run by a welcoming family in Devon. Enjoy woodland views as far as the horizon, green hills and even glimpses of the Bristol Channel. The sunsets here are unmissable! It's just a short walk to the secluded Lee Bay and one mile from the surf and sands of award-winning Woolacombe. Set on 27 acres, the site offers spacious grass pitches suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Pitches are extra-large, so everyone has space to unwind. Electric hookups are available too. These are popular, so be sure to book early! A campfire is welcome on every pitch, so hire a fire pit from the farm and get toasting those marshmallows. For those looking for some home comforts, Bell Tents are a firm favourite, with guests coming back year after year. Sleeping up to four, these are fully furnished with a double bed and two single beds. Dogs are very welcome with lovely walk in the woods off lead if you like. Farm shop and takeaway available (please check opening times in low season).

Lee Meadow Farm is open from 23/05 to 01/09.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023

11/10 for this campsite! The host was friendly and welcoming on arrival, spotlessly clean facilities and the little farm shop/restaurant is a great asset and came in super handy. Stones throw away from neighbouring Ilfancombe and Woolacombe but the real treasure is the small village of Lee, home to the Grampus Inn. If you stay here make sure you take a visit, preferably on a Friday evening as that's their music event night, but you'll have to book! 110% making another 3 hour drive to Lee Meadow from South Wales sometime soon and we can't wait! Thanks for a lovely break away!

Bell Tent - Bell TentsAug 2023

First ever camping holiday at the age of 75. Couldn't have chosen a better site. The site is well set out and signposted with the facilities, shop and cafe near to the entrance but also centrally placed for all areas. As a less-abled camper, this was a bonus, as it wasn't too distant to walk and the paths were level enough for my travel mobility scooter. The bell tent was large and well-maintained with very pleasing decor and comfortable bed. Fire pit and free wood was a bonus as well as a battery charger. The small farm shop had a good selection of food, toiletries and fancy goods and the cafe served excellent food. Can recommend the curry and pizza nights. On top of all this the staff were really friendly and helpful and they charged my scooter battery for free. You would go a long way to better this site. Cannot think of a way it could be improved. 10 out of 10 guys.

Site's response
