About the site
Experience life on a family run working farm with views of grazing animals and down to the sea. Located on the North York Moors, the site is surrounded by amazing walking routes, with the charming seaside spots of Whitby, Scarborough and Robin Hood's Bay within a short 20 minute drive. Guests can pitch their tents, trailer tents, roof tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes on the site's 24 grass pitches. Choose from non electric or electric pitches, each allowing up to six guests. The farm is home to friendly animals, including horses, chickens, sheep and cows, plus a herd of Highland cattle. In the spring months, witness the farm in full bloom, and you may even see the newborn calves and lambs. There is also a handy onsite shop for picking up ingredients, fresh eggs and some homemade treats. In the evenings, there are fire pits for hire, with logs available to purchase. Guests can also bring along their own fire pits and BBQs, just please ensure they are raised from the ground. Dogs are more than welcome, with up to four allowed per pitch. The local countryside is the perfect place to stretch their legs!
