About the site
A haven for nature lovers, this peaceful site is situated in a beautiful and secluded spot of the New Forest National Park. Made up of open grassland, tree-lined edges, ferns, oaks and fallen trees, the site is also a big hit with the local wildlife, with frequent visits from horses, donkeys and other wandering animals! The site welcomes up to 70 tents, trailer tents, campervans, caravans, motorhomes and RVs at one time, each with its own 8m x 5m pitch. Pitches come without electric, allowing up to six guests, with the freedom for campers to pick their patch, so you can choose to be nestled under the shade of the trees or in a central spot to soak up the sun. There are also pitches for seasonal use. You are also welcome to bring your own BBQ along, just ensure it is either gas or charcoal and raised from the ground. Campfires, fire pits and disposable BBQs are prohibited. Please note, there are no toilets or showers onsite so all guests must have access to their own chemical loo. The site is also dog free to protect the ground nesting birds.
