York House Caravan Park is set in 10 acres of beautiful North Yorkshire Moors countryside, yet only a short drive to the coast. There are 59 pitches with electric, 50 grass pitches and eight camping pods, as well as 81 privately owned statics. Being a family-managed park, you are guaranteed a friendly welcome and clean, well run site. You will find everything to make your holiday enjoyable and one to remember. There are plenty of activities to keep the active family busy, but it is also the ideal place for gentle strolls and to enjoy peace and quiet whilst relaxing. That's why customers keep on coming back!
Touring and pods are available from February to December. Camping is available from April to October.

Caravans, Motorhomes and Tents.
The pitches at York House Caravan Park are mostly level, mown and generous in size. Most have electric hook-ups and a large number have hard standing. Most of the pitches have lovely views over the countryside. The site is provided with subdued lighting.There is a small shop selling milk, newspapers, etc. We have newly refurbished toilet and shower block, with free hot water and showers. Just outside the toilet block there is a washing up area and laundry room.
Well-behaved pets are welcome.
York House Caravan Park is only available for couples and familys with tents. We do not except bookings of the same gender groups of more than 4 persons.

Hawsker is a small village in beautiful countryside with many footpaths and cycle ways. It is situated less than half a mile from the old railway line, which makes easy cycling and walking to Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, Ravenscar and Scarborough.
Without even leaving the site, you could gather friends for a fun BBQ, head over to the picnic areas to take in the sunshine or on days when you feel like relaxing indoors, the games room will be perfect.
Whitby is less than six minutes in a car or on the bus and packed with seaside attractions, plus an abbey that will get anyone's spine tingling.
