About the site


A secluded and eco friendly glamping site set among meadows, fruit trees, and woodlands, with views over the Cleddau River valley. Just two minutes from the A40, you'll be well placed for exploring Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Haverfordwest (15 minutes), or the sandy shores of Newgale Beach (20 minutes). Stay in one of two 5m bell tents, each furnished with a double bed, wood burning stove, power bank, soft furnishings, seating, and a table, with bedding included. This peaceful spot is ideal for families, couples, and solo travellers seeking to slow down and reconnect with nature. Walk ten minutes into the village of Wolfscastle for a choice of pubs, or set off on day trips to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path (20 minutes), historic St Davids (30 minutes), or the colourful seaside town of Tenby (45 minutes). Dogs are welcome here!

Onsite, there are compost toilets, hot showers, sinks, and a food preparation area with gas stoves.

The Wolfe Inn Wolfscastle, is within a 15 minute walk from the site, offering food, drinks, and free WiFi. You will also find West Ford Farm Shop, a 20 minute stroll, open on Saturdays from 11am to 4pm. For camping essentials, Letterston Village Store is a five minute drive from the site, or head into Haverfordwest (15 minutes), where you will find an Aldi, Marks and Spencer, Morrisons, and more.

I have always had a love for the property and the stunning views it gives over the valley and the river Cleddau, and I wanted to share that with people from all over the world!

Things to do on site and in the Haverfordwest area

Staying onsite, you are just ten minutes from Plumstone Mountain, a great spot for walking and scenic views. Haverfordwest is 15 minutes away, with plenty of pubs, cafes, and shops to explore.

The Llys y Frân Country Park and Reservoir is a 20 minute drive, ideal for hiking, cycling, and watersports, while Newgale Beach and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are also within 20 minutes, offering sandy shores, wildlife, and miles of coastal trails. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path can be reached in 25 minutes.

For day trips, head to St Davids, the UK's smallest city, just 30 minutes away and home to St Davids Cathedral, Whitesands Bay, and St Non's Chapel and Well. While there, be sure to spot puffins, dolphins, and whales!

Family days out include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (30 minutes), Manor Wildlife Park (40 minutes), and Heatherton World of Activities (40 minutes). History lovers can explore Pembroke Castle, Carew Castle, or Castell Henllys Iron Age Village, all within 40 minutes.
