About Masterland Farm Caravan, Camping and Pod Park

This farm and family-run site is perfect for couples and small families. It's a short hop from the fabulous Welsh coastline - just a ten minute drive away! The park consists of a touring field for caravans, small VW size campervans and tents, adult only camping pods and a selection of seasonal pitches. Tent camping is in the season only and offers electric grass pitches, so all you need to do is park up and relax. Here you'll be treated to level hardstandings with 10-Amp electric, which has the added benefit of a small grass area where you can relax and spread out. Please note awnings must be set up on the hardstanding not on the grass. If popping up a tent or bringing the van isn't for you, you'll find a pod is the perfect hassle free option. These are just for adults and include all those little extras inside. Or stay in one of the cosy adult only bell tents. One has a double bed and the other is equipped with two singles. There is also solar panel lightning and an outdoor picnic bench. You'll sleep in a cosy space with a kettle, TV and heater - plus a USB charging socket (please note that there are no other electric sockets). Mattresses are supplied for a good night's sleep and outside there is seating on the patio. Dogs welcome in your own units, unfortunately no pets can stay in the camping pods.

Grass pitches are open between May and August. Hardstanding pitches and camping pods from March to October. Bell tents are available between June and August.

A note from the site themselves...

Starting in 1976, Hugh and Margaret decided to start diversifying their dairy and arable farm into a touring site. Having started small, our family-run business had turned into a much-loved camping spot in a matter of years.

Farming then took a holt as they decided to dedicate their all and worked full time to fulfil their dream of a caravan and camping site for almost 20 years.

As time went on, the dream never stopped. Son, Kevin acquired the business, introduced a bar and restaurant on site and continued to run the campgrounds with his Mother. Years later, the grandchildren joined the work team. Kevin's oldest son, Ashley, saw the potential of the surrounding land and reinstated animal farming, which is now home to sheep, horses, chickens, a rescue donkey and more! Molly is also the resident beekeeper.

Margret passed away in 2018 but had lived to see Masterland Farm blossom into the site it is today, a true testament to her and Hugh's dream all those years ago.

Now a third-generation family business, we welcome new and old customers to stay on our traditional family-run farm site. Built with so much love and passion, we can't wait to share this with you!

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesSep 2023

All of the staff we encountered couldn't have been friendlier (no idea what some of the other reviewers are on about). We were there at a quiet time and they kindly put us on a large field so that our 8 month old dog could have more space. The facilities are very clean, though there some issues with the hot water supply, as they are in the process of upgrading the boiler system, but this was all explained at check in and an alternative shower block was available with a good supply. The grounds could do with a little bit of TLC, just cutting some of the plants back around the paths, but then we did visit at the end of the summer holidays ,so I'm sure they will have been rushed off their feet and didn't want to disturb guests by imposing on their space. If we ever return to Tenby again, I'd happily stay here again - the beaches are beautiful so I'm sure it won't be too long!

Nice site

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesAug 2023

A very nice quiet site in a quiet location, we stayed for 14 nights in total. A good well kept site, the only thing that let it down was we felt the facilities need an upgrade.

A nice few days away

Pod - Camping Pods (Double)Aug 2023

Staff at Masterland gave me and my partner a warm welcome. The arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. Mollie made us feel very welcome. The facilities need improving a lot particularly the shower/toilet blocks. The blocks were dirty, grotty and weren't the cleanest and had poor water pressure and a mix of inconsistent cold/hot water. The food provided by the restaurant/bar is top notch with many of the dishes being homemade. The pod was spacious and cosy. Overall a great experience.
