Eco-conscious campsite with just 15 pitches in a 52 acre nature recovery project
Complete with individual campfires and picnic benches and Monday pizza nights
Ten minutes from St Davids and surrounded by the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline, you will find the little gem that is Ty Parke. The campsite is set in a 52 acre re-wilding project of pasture meadows, young woodland (the site have planted over 25,000 trees) and wildlife areas - all of it accessible from pretty meandering paths. The 20 camping pitches are dotted around in secluded sunny glades and nestling in the edges of the lovely family camping meadow - the pitches are separated by young trees and long meadow grasses. Each pitch is large enough for a family tent, gazebo and any other camping equipment you may have - comes with a campfire, picnic table and water tap nearby. Specifically, there are eight non electric meadow pitches and another eight secluded non electric grass pitches, which are ideal for families, each sleeping up to six people. These all allow tents and trailer tents, and the secluded ones also allow campervans. Additionally for those wanting a little something extra, there are three premium non electric grass pitches, again for six people. Each of these comes with its own private compost loo, hot howerm campfire, BBQ grill and camp kitchen. There are acres to explore: paddle in the stream, build dens, fly kites or just sit by your campfire and watch the abundant wildlife, magical sunsets and starry skies. If you seek a campsite that's at one with the natural environment, is peaceful, relaxing and within easy reach of the beaches and the wonderful activities Pembrokeshire has to offer, you will find it here. Sorry, dogs are not allowed onsite. Campfires and BBQs must only be built in the provided spaces.
Ty Parke Farm Camping is open from 11/05 to 30/08.
