About West Angle Bay Caravan Park
This small and peaceful site makes for an ideal base for tourers looking to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Located on the Angle Peninsula, the remote site is ideal for days of relaxing on West Angle Beach or marvelling at the views from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Caravans, campervans and motorhomes are welcome across ten non electric pitches. Each pitch allows up to seven guests with plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Sorry, there are no tent pitches available. For days out at the beach, guests will be spoilt for choice. The sandy shores of Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay Beach are both within a 25 minute drive, and Tenby is just 35 minutes away, full of coastal charm and attractions. BBQs are allowed onsite so don't forget your burger ingredients. Please note, campfires are not allowed. Four-legged friends are also welcome here, so there's no need to leave a member of the family behind!
West Angle Bay Caravan Park is open from 29/03 to 30/10.
Toilet and shower facilities are provided along with disabled facilities.
The Wavecrest Cafe is next to the site which sells lunch and The Hibernia Inn pub is just a 15 minute walk away.

Brilliant site at West Angle Bay, 50m from the beach at a holiday site. 10 motorhome/caravan available, with toilet and shower block. I thought it was reasonably priced for the location. Did the Pembroke way walk from campsite to Freshwater West Bay, which was stunning although steep at places. Would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

For our 1st weekend in our motorhome, it was ideal as the staff were friendly and helpful when booking. The location and weather helped as we enjoyed the walk and the beach. The site was quiet and well kept with clean toilet facilities.

Definitely recommend this site. I've wanted to stay there for ages and never had the chance. it's close to the beach and lovely walks all around, hope to return soon.

There are no reservations for the pitches on site, it is a first come first served basis.
Please see the information board on arrival to confirm how to position your caravan/motorhome in relation to the pitch number.

Things to do on site and in the Pembroke area
Just a stone's throw from West Angle Beach, the site is ideal for those just wanting to spend their days relaxing with a book or taking a dip in the sea. There is also direct access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, ideal for walkers with a short walk taking you to the edge of the peninsula where you can admire views over Thorne Island.
There is also a huge selection of other sandy beaches nearby to choose from, including Freshwater West (10 minutes), Barafundle Bay Beach (25 minutes) and Broad Haven Beach (45 minutes).
To soak up some of the area's history, Pembroke Castle is just a 20 minute drive away. The birthplace of Henry VIII, the castle is teaming with things to do including guided tours, seeing the William Marshal Tapestry and exploring the Wogan's Cavern.
For days of family fun, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is just a 35 minute drive from the site. Kids will be kept busy all day with a zoo where they can meet exotic animals, a fairground which plays host to a huge selection of rides and a land train which will take the whole family on a fun tour around the enclosures.
