About the site
Next to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, this family and dog friendly site welcomes guests all year round, offering an ideal base for exploring all that the beautiful county has to offer. Spend evenings gathered around a fire pit toasting marshmallows under the starry skies. Little ones can run off steam in the play park or get the family together and have a go at the site's crazy golf. There is even an outdoor cinema for unwinding with a film. Don't worry, on rainy days, there is a pool table and plenty of games to choose from. Tent and tourers can pitch up on spacious grass and hardstanding pitches with optional electric. Each pitch is unmarked, with up to six guests allowed. Parking next to the pitch is available, and four grass pitches are even set amongst the alpacas! Campervans, caravans and motorhomes also have the option of electric hardstanding pitches, each with its own 16 amp hook up. These pitches allow up to eight guests. The riverside town of Milford Haven is just five minutes away with a buzzing waterfront full of shops and eateries, or visit Tenby, 20 minutes away, with golden beaches, harbour, and even boat trips to spot dolphins and seals. Four-legged friends are welcome to join your stay, with up to two dogs per pitch. Fire pits are also available to hire, with sustainable firewood for pre-order. BBQs are allowed, but ground campfires are prohibited.
Glamping is open from April. The rest of the site is open all year. Pitches from £18-£60/night for 2 people (depending on dates). Glamping from £120-£190/night for 2 people (depending on dates).

Site rules and policies
We want Grass Roots to be a relaxed, friendly and peaceful place where everyone can enjoy the countryside. We kindly ask all guests to respect the site, our neighbours and each other.
Noise & Music
Quiet hours are strictly from 11pm until 8am.
No amplified music after 10pm.
Music must be kept at a considerate volume at all other times.
Please keep voices low after 11pm and be considerate when returning to your accommodation late at night.
Drugs & Behaviour
Strict zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. Possession or use of illegal drugs anywhere on the site will result in guests being required to leave immediately.
Drunken, aggressive, threatening or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Please respect other guests, staff, neighbouring properties, livestock and the local community.
Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave where their behaviour seriously breaches site rules, without refund where appropriate.
Fires & BBQs
Fires and BBQs are only permitted in designated or approved equipment and must be raised off the grass.
Never leave a fire or BBQ unattended.
Fires must be fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the area.
Please do not collect or cut wood from the site, hedgerows or surrounding land.
No fires during periods when management has introduced a temporary fire ban due to dry or unsafe conditions.
Smoking
No smoking inside any glamping accommodation or shared indoor facilities.
Cigarette ends must be disposed of responsibly and never dropped on the ground.
Children
Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.
Please supervise children around fires, vehicles, animals, water and other potential hazards.
Children should not be allowed to disturb other guests, livestock or wildlife.
Dogs & Pets
Dogs must be kept under responsible control at all times.
Please clean up after your dog immediately.
Dogs must not be allowed to disturb other guests, chase livestock or wildlife, or enter accommodation where pets are not permitted.
Dogs must not be left unattended if doing so could cause distress, excessive barking or nuisance.
Vehicles
Please drive slowly and carefully throughout the site and give pedestrians and children priority.
Vehicles should only be parked in designated areas or alongside your accommodation where permitted.
Please keep vehicle noise, doors and engines to a minimum during quiet hours.
No unnecessary vehicle movement during quiet hours except in an emergency.
Visitors
Day visitors must be agreed with management in advance.
Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors.
All visitors must comply with the same site rules as staying guests.
Rubbish & The Environment
Please use the bins and recycling facilities provided.
Do not leave rubbish, cigarette ends, food waste or camping equipment behind.
Please respect the countryside, wildlife, trees, hedgerows and surrounding farmland.
Do not enter private or restricted areas of the site or neighbouring land.
General
Please follow any reasonable instructions given by Grass Roots management for the safety and enjoyment of everyone on site.
Illegal activity, serious antisocial behaviour, deliberate damage or repeated breaches of these rules may result in guests being asked to leave the site.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay where a guest's behaviour poses a risk or causes serious nuisance to others.
