Shortlands Farm

Breathtaking sea views and laid-back camping, Shortlands Farm is a great family choice ideally located on the West Wales coastline. There are 24 spacious grass pitches for campers and tourers to choose from, eight of which offer electric hook-up, as well as five pitches reserved exclusively for members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Just a 15 minute walk from Druidston Haven Beach and within a few minutes drive of other stunning beaches.

A peaceful family friendly campsite perfect for that authentic camping experience, with incredible sea views over St Brides Bay right from your pitch. Within a 15 minute walk, you'll be on the golden sands of the dog friendly Druidston Beach. There are just 24 grass pitches, spread over two fields, with plenty of space for all. Eight of these have 10 amp electric hook-up and allow campervans and motorhomes (no caravans), whilst the other 16 don't have electric and allow tents, and smaller campervans only. There are also five electric grass pitches for tourers only reserved exclusively for members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Whether you're looking to swim, sunbathe, take part in some watersports or walk the Pembrokeshire Coast Path (located at the end of a bridleway from the farm), this is a great base for exploring West Wales and all the delights of Pembrokeshire. Campfires are permitted in fire pits that are raised off the ground so as to not damage the grass. The site allows dogs to stay, just please keep them on the lead at all times.

Exactly as described , quiet spot , within walking distance of beach took us about half an hour to walk back up to van , fire pits on pitch but no where to find any logs?? Unless we missed something on way in?

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

This is a great campsite that is a short walk to the beach. The beach itself is stunning and the Pembrokeshire coastal path is also an option for places to go walking/hiking. The campsite itself offers basic but clean facilities. The only thing I would say is that when the campsite is busy, there is a queue for toilets and showers. A microwave and kettle addition would also be nice. The views from the campsite are beautiful, it does however get quite windy. We would definitely be returning to shortlands farm!
